"Balot"

Have you remember "balot'??I just had this last sunday,lucky without those little tiny thing hahaha,( sounds really disgusting) but it's yummy if you love it.This stuffed is really rich in minerals and vitamins. When i was there in philippines i can darely eat it the main parts( huh!) .Im not sure if i have strong enough eating to eat it. , coz it's been long time i never had it. My friend Jessiette gaves me a "balot" last sunday.It was boiled and ready to eat.By the way to those who dont'know "Balot" it's an egg with a little tiny chick 2x inside hahaha,sorry it's hard to describe.If you are a Filipino like me, you really know what a "balot" means. I think it's consider an exotic food in the Philippines.I remember, when i was in high school.We had dealt something that whoever losed the game will gonna take a consequence.So, one of my friend lose the game and punished to eat "balot"hahaha. Deal is a deal,so she had no choiced at all than to eat it even how so bad it is for her .I't was fun she just tried put slowly into her mouth and she resquested us to turn off the ligths for meantime hahaha,just try not to see it .Yeah! she really did it with tears in her eyes . Oh! what a challenged for her! I love balot but it depends on how many days i usually chose 18 days period coz not really so developes the parts yet.If it is 24 days..Ohohoh! i think it will say" Hello" to you..(just kidding hahaha) it's almost showed up the whole parts wheeeewww! maybe i can take it only if i get drunk hehehehe. Honestly , i really miss "balot" coz i missed philippines.

What do "ANGELS" looks like??

Do u believe an Angels?? About me, Yes i do believed...coz when i was a kid. My mother had told me that if you saved from trouble without any help of somebody except by yourself. It means, you're protected by your angel and he/she saved you away from troubles or difficulties.I had a lot experiences that i saved all the time. The most unforgettable when i was an accident hitted by a car when i was a 7 y.o .I was seriously injured on that accident and almost killed me .My two legs covered with a lots of bloods.My parents was so worried at that moment.They thougth that i i'll become a disabled person in my entire life.It' was a miracled! Im still alive and can able to walked with my complete feets.My mother said that im so lucky at that time coz im with my angel who saved me. Im pretty sured that was really my sweet angel. I do really believed as well that angels can be transformed into a different persons with no places and times to choice when or where. But what are really do exactly their looks???? Like the little old lady who returned your wallet yesterday. Like the taxi driver who told you that your eyes light up the world, when you smile. Like the small child who showed you the wonder in simple things. Like the poor man who offered to share his lunch with you. Like the rich man who showed you it really is all possible, if only you believe. Like the stranger who just happened to come along, when you had lost your way. Like the friend who touched your heart, when you didn't think you had one left to touch. Angels come in all sizes and shapes, All ages and skin types Some with freckles, some with dimples, some with wrinkles, some without. They come disguised as friends, enemies, teachers, students, lovers and fools. They don't take life too seriously, They travel light. They leave no forwarding address, They ask for nothing in return. They wear sneakers with gossamer wings, They get a deal on dry cleaning. They are hard to find when your eyes are closed, But They are everywhere you look when you choose to see.

It's fun to served!

My hubby and i went to church this afternoon for some activity. We are helping out of serving the clam chowder and clam cakes at the function hall. I thougth that we couldn't make it coz we are busy of work. Im so glad we made it coz we had a great time of doing it and as well as meeting with new friends . I dnot' wanna miss either ,the yummy clam chowder and clam cakes. These stuffed are really so good very delish and yummy heheeh. It's kind of creamy soup that made up with clams,milk, potatoes and etc.You can still find at the store that would ready to eat but taste's so differents compared to homemade .It's really so delicious the one that i had from church . I don't know how exactly they made it. I try to ask the person who made the chowder but he didn't even tell me coz it's a secret recipe.We'll that's okey! maybe i can do some experiment of cooking it hehehe.I know it's so easy but wish i have their technique on how they make it. My hubby and I are just like real servers in a restaurant all around huh! not only a servers but an entertainer too. We 're so much having fun each other and with some friends, coz i keep on eye to him just to make it sure he really served the food wihout a messed hehehe. He joked on me that someday if i will own a restaurant (i wish!). Im sure i'll have a lots of to my people pertains of serving foods. Yeah! i think so... even if how so messy i am about things but when it comes to food handling,i am so totally strict and meticulous about it. I want everything's perfect clean and very presentable looking.When i stayed at my Aunt's house and was assigned to on cooking.My aunt's really had complaint on me coz it took so long for me to prepare the food for the food.She got really irritated coz i prepared it with arts hehehe even with no ocasions. Oh! Anyway, we did a great job today,everybody so happy with our job. We done at 7 pm. although, got tired but i have 4 cups chowder and some clamcakes to takehome.

A beautiful story of Love

My old friend shared a story and i would like to post this story on my blog and share to everyone. It's about Love...a short story but full of meaning..Hope you really like it my dear friends. Happy Valentine's to all of Us.!!! Once upon a time there was an island where all the feelings lived; happiness, sadness, knowledge, and all the others, including love. One day it was announced to all of the feelings that the island was going to sink to the bottom of the ocean. So all the feelings prepared their boats to leave. Love was the only one that stayed. She wanted to preserve the island paradise until the last possible moment. When the island was almost totally under love decided it was time to leave. She began looking for someone to ask for help. Just then Richness was passing by in a grand boat. Love asked, "Richness, Can I come with you on your boat?" Richness answered, " I'm sorry, but there is a lot of silver and gold on my boat and there would be no room for you anywhere." Then Love decided to ask Vanity for help who was passing in a beautiful vessel. Love cried out, "Vanity, help me please." "I can't help you", Vanity said, "You are all wet and will damage my beautiful boat." Next, Love saw Sadness passing by. Love said, " Sadness, please let me go with you." Sadness answered, "Love, I'm sorry, but, I just need to be alone now." Then, Love saw Happiness. Love cried out, "Happiness, please take me with you." But Happiness was so overjoyed that he didn't hear Love calling to him. Love began to cry. Then, she heard a voice say, "Come Love, I will take you with me." It was an elder. Love felt so blessed and overjoyed that she forgot to ask the elder his name. When they arrived on land the elder went on his way. Love realized how much she owed the elder. Love then found Knowledge and asked, "Who was it that helped me?" "It was Time", Knowledge answered. "But why did Time help me when no one else would?", Love asked. Knowledge smiled and with deep wisdom and sincerity, answered, "Because only Time is capable of understanding how great Love is."

Raining the whole day..

The snowed lastnigth turns into a water coz of It's raining the whole day. I'ts not really so cold than yesterday.Im sure this rain still continue till toningth. I really hate to go out if it a lots of rain coz the ground so slipperry.But my husband is so opposittes with me.He loves so much the rain,specially to listen the noised. He said it's better than the music hehehe. Last time when we're on the car and the rain started falling,he really stop the music just to listen the rain. It's feel good to him and relaxing. Oh! well, for me not really specially if raining during the whole day and the sky's so dark.I feels like my day is not so lively and makes me lazy..I hope no rains tomorrow for the Valentine's day.

It's so freezing!

How so cold outside. I think now below 27 F. and tonigth will be snowing. I love the snow but not too much.Im so tired and sick the winter .I can't wait the spring season. I remember when i first year of living here in US.I had an experienced of snowstorm.I think it was 12-14 inches. I really enjoyed the first day of snowing .Im just like a kid playing outside with the snow flakes .I coudn't imagine falling from the sky and it feels a magic place like the wonderland hehehe.Snow are keep on falling and falling. At the next day morning. I can't believed it was almost levelled on my hips.I can't even see the car outside coz it's covered by the snow. What a great scenery, all around are white. I seen only this things on the movie but now it's really happen in reality.My hubby is really enjoyed my first expression of " Oh my God, i feel like im on the freezer" till now he keeps on teasing me if it is a winter season.How so amazing this place that where i live of having a snow. We got four seasons Falls,winter,spring and summer .Yeah! it's so nice of living with four seasons but it cost too much money .Imagine, we should have 4 different kinds of clothes or shoes in every seasons.

What a terrible experienced!!!

After we went to mass last Sunday.My hubby and I were decided to have a breakfast to the place that we used to go before every once a week .It's kind of a small placed but a lots of people love to go there specially during Sunday. The food is really so good and not so pricy.We love their egg omelletes and fish &ships that was usually we ordered a lots everytime we went there....While we're there inside,waiting on the table,a man served us a hot of coffee as far as i knew that was the owner of the restaurant .He just trying to help his people serving coz it's a kind of real so busy at that time.He's only help to served coffee the costumer's coffee .He didn't even take the orders,but anyway we're pretty sure that the waitress assigned on our table are soo busy.So we just take our time of talking and enjoying the hot coffee. After about 30 minutes of waiting our turn ,we noticed has still nobody came in our table to take our orders or asking if we are all set about it.We did'nt even call and asked them coz we'll know how so busy they are and maybe they're already aware of us waiting our turn.But it took really so long.It's a terrible serviced!!!!!! My hubby starts getting irritated of how come it took so long.Imagined , waiting for about almost 30 minutes.That terrible!... but i told my hubby to hold his little temper hehehe.It's getting more terrible the situatuion coz a new costumers who just came in seated next to our table. One of the waitress came on their table and have take their orders.Whatsss???are they races? or VIP treatment. How come i think of it. The owner is so nice and very friendly but how could he let his people has an attitude like that. We felt so badly, instead of starving at that time ,totally losed of our appettites.At that moment, my hubby asked the waitress of how much the cost for the coffee that only served us and let them know that we're waiting for almost 30 minutes of waiting for nothing. The waitress so embarassed and asked an apology to us.She still trying us to go back to the the table and take our orders. But we're decided not then to walk out and said "Thanks, this would never ever gonna happen again" means not to comeback that place at all.We don't know if the owner knew it of what happen.. So, when we're there off the restaurant. Steve (hubby) try to grabbed the car key.It wasn't there inside his pocket.So we're got an idea of very sure that the key definitely inside the restaurant. I couldn't imagine thing that one of us going back then .But my hubby has really his own " words" of ego. He rather to choose to leave the car and take a walk than to comeback to that damn place.Anyway, i really understand his feelings. I have no choice for this! or else to walk the street in a cold weather .I have to forced myself to come back and find the key. Pretending, that nothing's happened afterall. "Who cares" hahaha but deep inside i was extremely shy of walking inside to go through to the table that where we seated.I seen all the waitresses inside gathered around and have some discussion,maybe blaming each other hahaha.I don't care, still keep on trying to find the key.Finally! was there underneath the table....Oh! gosh what an experienced i had on that day!!!!!. My hubby can't believe that i did it to comeback there even me can't believe myself either .Anyway,i still be a"HERO" on that day my hubby said Hahahaha!!!

It's fun movie..

I went to the movie last friday nigth with my hubby. We watched the movie " MEET THE SPARTANS" starring: diedrich bader,kevin sorvo etc. The movie was ok, sort of funny ..specially the part of some scenes showing britney's fan crying , the immitating of American idol Sanjaya that part really keeps me laughing so loud. But, i've noticed, there are some clips are missing.. like Donald Trump, rambo. I seen those whole thing in the commercial previews but in the actual movie ,it did'nt really show up. What's wrong with that part?? I guess, Donald Trump doesn't like it???of making himself so funny on big screen hahahaha ( just kidding!). I hope they show that part,coz that is one of funny highligth to watch. Anyway, i still enjoyed it even i got a little bit of disappointed , otherwise unsatisfied the movie.

It's a big day today for those who love a football games. My hubby so excited for his team Patriots playing tonigth.Hopefully they will get the championship.Although i am not a football fanatic,but i still keep on watching coz it's really fun specially if they are figthing for the championship. Since ,hubby love it so i'll cheer the team for him .,,,go go go Patriots!!!!
